Refund Policy
As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. A refund would be initiated only in case when we are not able to process the order.
1. Partial Advance Payment
- Customers choosing the Partial COD option are required to pay a partial amount in advance while placing the order.
- The remaining balance, along with any applicable charges, must be paid at the time of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Advance Payment
- The advance amount paid for Partial COD orders is strictly non-refundable.
- This amount is collected to cover order processing, packaging, shipping, and logistics expenses incurred after the order is confirmed.
- No refund of the advance payment will be provided if:The customer cancels the order after confirmation.The customer refuses to accept the delivery.The shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or failure to receive the order.The order is returned to us because of non-delivery caused by the customer.
3. COD Handling Charges
- A COD Handling Charge may be applied to all Partial COD orders.
- This charge covers additional courier and cash collection costs.
- COD Handling Charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, returns, refused deliveries, or failed delivery attempts.
Return Policy
- We shall not accept return, refund or exchange requests raised for any of our products unless and until the damage is caused prior to delivery.
- We are duly responsible for any damage caused to the merchandise while in transit to the buyer.
